Whether we are helping you achieve 330HP on your stock pistons, or getting you to 600HP on a fully built motor, every single tune is completely catered to your vehicle. We do not do “stage tunes.” Nothing about what we do is cookie-cutter. Each and every single tune is catered to a customer’s unique build and vehicle needs.
With years and years of buying, selling, building, and tuning Saabs, we have accrued endless Saab knowledge, giving us the ability to offer unique and fully refined ECU tunes for our T8 customers. Our main focus is to offer more power, and no loss of drivability or reliability. With all of our tunes you will notice a better throttle response, a smoother power band, and a linear torque curve, which will all be fine-tuned to your vehicle and modifications. All of our tunes have been fully tested over the years, on countless differing setups. This tune will unlock the true potential of your vehicle.
We advise all of our customers to make sure they get new plugs and they have a working coil packs installed to get the best results. (Outside of currently discussed mods.) BCPR7ES by NGK gapped to 0.8mm recommended. BKR7ESC by NGK for E85 tuned customers gapped to 0.8mm, as well.
Our email/internet tuning includes a scheduled phone call tutorial where we discuss what software to install and how to flash your tune, and it also gives you the time to ask any questions you may have.
Once purchased, an email will be sent out asking for contact information and details, this email will be sent within two business days to customize your tune. A fully detailed list will be needed of all modifications to offer you the best performance for your car’s needs. Some recommendations may also be made and discussed.

Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be easily canceled before the shipment and payment is processed by contacting us through our phone number or email. If the shipment and payment is processed already and you would like to cancel an order, it must be within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Please email us the reason for your cancellation, your order number, and a copy of your receipt. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
Any Snail Werx Inc. product that is returned and is non-defective incurs a 28% restocking fee. This is due to the limited availability and customization of our products.
WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS:
Each Snail Werx Inc. product is entitled to its own, unique warranty. Each warranty for different products may vary, and they are clearly displayed in most item's descriptions. Restocking fees may also apply to particular items, due to their customization and availability. If you have a question about an item or its warranty details, please contact us.
USED/ REFURBISHED PART WARRANTY:
Any and all of the used/refurbished parts purchased from Snail Werx Inc. have a 30 day warranty. If a part is faulty or damaged, we will replace the part, if it is within 30 days of purchase. If we are out of the part in question and it cannot be replaced with another, you will be issued a refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We stand behind our products and our work with pride, if there is something that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us and we will rectify the issue. Snail Werx Inc. has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Restocking fees may apply due to the customization and availability of many of our products.
The Snail Werx Inc. warranty procedure is as follows:
- Please begin this process by first contacting one of our Snail Werx Inc.team members. You can contact us through our provided phone number or email. Some products may need to be sent to us for further inspection before the rest of the warranty process begins.
- Please email us a detailed description of the fault in the product that you received. Also, please attach your order number and a copy of your receipt for the original order to this email.
- Once we contact you in regards of the claim and details on your product, we will provide a claim number. This claim number will need to be printed in two copies. One copy is to be attached to the outside of your package, and one copy needs to be placed inside your package with your product. The customer is responsible for the means of shipping to Snail Werx Inc. Restocking fees may be applied, depending on your products warranty.

- Once we receive your product, we will assess the issue. If Snail Werx Inc.finds the part, product, or component to be defective within the specific warranty period, we will address the issue. We may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the extent of the fault in the product.
