SHIPPING AND RETURNS
PROCESSING:
Your Snail Werx Inc. order will be processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 11:00 AM- 6:00 PM. Most shipments go out within 2-3 business days. Depending on the customization and availability of your product, extended shipping times may apply. We will contact you if these adjustments occur. A tracking number and carrier will be provided to you once the order is shipped.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
All Snail Werx Inc. shipment charges are calculated by the size and weight of the package. If any additional charges may occur, a team member at Snail Werx Inc. will contact the customer prior to additional charges to confirm them. If the size or the weight of your package does not suit the maximum weight and dimensions of our shipping providers, the package will have to be freighted. Freight charges are also estimated by size and weight, and these charges are applied 24 hours after an order is processed, and are charged in a separate transaction. If your order needs to be freighted, we will contact you via the phone number or email you provided with the order you placed. We will contact you within business hours and within this time frame.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Additional shipping rates may apply for international shipments. These rates are calculated and affected by size, weight, and location. Snail Werx Inc. does not compensate for any additional charges to international shipments. Extended shipping times may apply due to a products customization or availability. We will contact you if these adjustments occur. All international orders are subject to tariffs, duties, taxes, etc. Any additional costs will be charged to the customer.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be easily canceled before the shipment and payment is processed by contacting us through our phone number or email. If the shipment and payment is processed already and you would like to cancel an order, it must be within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Please email us the reason for your cancellation, your order number, and a copy of your receipt. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
Any Snail Werx Inc. product that is returned and is non-defective incurs a 30% restocking fee. This is due to the limited availability and customization of our products.
DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS:
When receiving a package from Snail Werx Inc, we ask you to immediately inspect the package for damage upon receiving it. Damaged or lost package claims must be made within a week of the date that your order arrives to you, or is supposed to arrive to you.
Snail Werx Inc. is not responsible for any damage incurred to a package or lost items during transit. All Snail Werx Inc. packages are insured for the full dollar amount of your purchased items. If a product is damaged or missing, a claim will be made with the shipping provider. If a product cannot be replaced due to availability, you will receive a full refund for the lost or damaged product.
If you have not received a package on the expected delivery date, please contact us through our phone number or email, so that we may locate the package or file a lost package claim.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS:
CUSTOM PRODUCT PURCHASES LIKE TURBOS, MOTOR BUILDS, AND TRANSMISSION BUILDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE DUE TO PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION. ALL OF OUR MOTORS, TURBOS, AND TRANSMISSIONS ARE BUILT IN HOUSE AND COMPLETELY CUSTOMIZED TO ORDER.

WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS:
Each Snail Werx Inc. product is entitled to its own, unique warranty. Each warranty for different products may vary, and they are clearly displayed in most item's descriptions. Restocking fees may also apply to particular items, due to their customization and availability. If you have a question about an item or its warranty details, please contact us.
USED/ REFURBISHED PART WARRANTY:
Any and all of the used/refurbished parts purchased from Snail Werx Inc. have a 30 day warranty. If a part is faulty or damaged, we will replace the part, if it is within 30 days of purchase. If we are out of the part in question and it cannot be replaced with another, you will be issued a refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We stand behind our products and our work with pride, if there is something that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us and we will rectify the issue. Snail Werx Inc. has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Restocking fees may apply due to the customization and availability of many of our products.
The Snail Werx Inc. warranty procedure is as follows:
- Please begin this process by first contacting one of our Snail Werx Inc.team members. You can contact us through our provided phone number or email. Some products may need to be sent to us for further inspection before the rest of the warranty process begins.
- Please email us a detailed description of the fault in the product that you received. Also, please attach your order number and a copy of your receipt for the original order to this email.
- Once we contact you in regards of the claim and details on your product, we will provide a claim number. This claim number will need to be printed in two copies. One copy is to be attached to the outside of your package, and one copy needs to be placed inside your package with your product. The customer is responsible for the means of shipping to Snail Werx Inc. Restocking fees may be applied, depending on your products warranty.

- Once we receive your product, we will assess the issue. If Snail Werx Inc.finds the part, product, or component to be defective within the specific warranty period, we will address the issue. We may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the extent of the fault in the product.
- The shipping process and details for the return shipping of warranty claims are the same as with any other order. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
