THE PROCESS

   Our motor build process begins here: every Snail Werx motor build is first fully disassembled, then properly cleaned and hot tanked. Each custom motor build component is properly sourced to meet a customer’s needs. We work with amazing and reputable build component brands like Wossner, JE, and thensome. Some builds are lighter than others, from some just being a simple rebuild, to fully forged internals, we take extra care and precaution when assembling and handling our customer’s motor.

     Some motor machining is done in-house, but most of our motor machine work is outsourced to the best of the best for motor building shops in this country, the most well-renowned in Florida. We always verify that every aspect of the motor is in spec, and then the motor is assembled by one of our professional motor builders.

     In person shop builds are definitely our most frequent, but with our ever-growing customer base, shipped motors are coming close to the top. We have shipped fully built motors all around the United States, and even internationally. When shipping a motor, we always fully insure the motor with our freight company for the full value of the build, unless requested otherwise by the customer.

     We always communicate with our customers throughout each and every step of the way. From disassembly to reassembly, we encourage all of our customers to follow us throughout the process of building their motor. Customer service, communication, and clarity are all extremely important to us, and we are always here to answer any motor build question that a customer may have throughout the process.
