This statement could not be emphasized enough, "One size does NOT fit all." Here at Snail Werx, we understand that each and every performance enthusiast has their own unique power goal in mind. Naturally, you would want a turbo setup that coincides with these goals. There are many different options for various performance applications. Every car is different, so every car has its own needs. One particular turbo size and blade setup may not be correct for your application. We work with each and every single one of our customers to select the ideal turbo setup for their needs. We offer multiple compressor side billet wheels. Each billet wheel setup provides different performance capabilities. We also offer multiple turbine shaft wheel options. All of our ME96 turbos do not include the exhaust housing. We do offer exhaust housings for sale, but if you cannot utilize your stock housing. We also offer a mail-in turbo rebuild service. An email will be sent to you shortly after you select your turbo options and complete your purchase when this option is selected. In this email, we will go through the details of your turbo rebuild. All of our new and rebuilt turbos come with a standard one-year limited warranty. A three-year extended warranty is included with purchase if tune flashing servcies are provided by Snail Werx Inc. Turbo returns are accepted within the first 30 days (Uninstalled). All turbos have a 30% restocking fee.
Every Snail Werx turbo comes with upgraded internals:
-Billet brass thrust bearing (the OEM thrust bearing is made of a softer and porous sintered brass.)
-Upgraded thrust bearing oil feed holes (the OEM thrust bearing is paired with only one oil feed hole. Added oil volume to the thrust bearing allows your turbo to operate cooler. Also, it is a great safety precaution. If one hole clogs, the turbo can still survive instead of suffering an immediate and catastrophic failure.)
-Oversized thrust washer and contact area (the OEM thrust washer diameter is 12.3mm. Our thrust washer measures 14mm. The load-carrying area is matched on the thrust bearing and increased 35% over stock, so it is more reliable for higher boost applications.)
-The compressor and turbine oil seals have been heat treated and are made with a high-heat resistant material, a massive heat-resisting capability difference over the stock rubber seals.
-The upgraded turbine seal creates a 'gapless' seal when installed, this reduces oil burning.
- A compressor seal plate replacement is also included with two new o-rings
Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be easily canceled before the shipment and payment is processed by contacting us through our phone number or email. If the shipment and payment is processed already and you would like to cancel an order, it must be within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Please email us the reason for your cancellation, your order number, and a copy of your receipt. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
Any Snail Werx Inc. product that is returned and is non-defective incurs a 28% restocking fee. This is due to the limited availability and customization of our products.
WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS:
Each Snail Werx Inc. product is entitled to its own, unique warranty. Each warranty for different products may vary, and they are clearly displayed in most item's descriptions. Restocking fees may also apply to particular items, due to their customization and availability. If you have a question about an item or its warranty details, please contact us.
USED/ REFURBISHED PART WARRANTY:
Any and all of the used/refurbished parts purchased from Snail Werx Inc. have a 30 day warranty. If a part is faulty or damaged, we will replace the part, if it is within 30 days of purchase. If we are out of the part in question and it cannot be replaced with another, you will be issued a refund. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your financial institution.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We stand behind our products and our work with pride, if there is something that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us and we will rectify the issue. Snail Werx Inc. has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Restocking fees may apply due to the customization and availability of many of our products.
The Snail Werx Inc. warranty procedure is as follows:
- Please begin this process by first contacting one of our Snail Werx Inc.team members. You can contact us through our provided phone number or email. Some products may need to be sent to us for further inspection before the rest of the warranty process begins.
- Please email us a detailed description of the fault in the product that you received. Also, please attach your order number and a copy of your receipt for the original order to this email.
- Once we contact you in regards of the claim and details on your product, we will provide a claim number. This claim number will need to be printed in two copies. One copy is to be attached to the outside of your package, and one copy needs to be placed inside your package with your product. The customer is responsible for the means of shipping to Snail Werx Inc. Restocking fees may be applied, depending on your products warranty.
